We were asked to clean, sand, and seal 1250 square feet of pavers. The cracks between the pavers were filled with algae and mold buildup and the pavers looked dull. We first cleaned the pavers with Surebond Sureclean. We had to clean out the cracks between each paver and then let the pavers dry completely overnight. We then used polymeric gray sand and sanded all 1250 square feet. We then used Surebond 7700 Sealer (semi-gloss) which contains an anti-fungal inhibitor. These pavers came out beautiful. If these pavers are kept clean, the sealer will last on the pavers for 4-5 years.
Stubborn stains need a resilient solution. Known for grease, oil, and dirt removal, the only solution to paver restoration is SplashWash.
